This weekend I took a little trip to Asmara; an Eritrean restaurant along General Mathenge Lane… We’ve been here before, and this restaurant has quickly become our favorite, not only because of the how relaxed the ambiance is, but the food here; a mostly Eritrean selection tickles just the right taste buds every time!
I had the Injera and boneless chicken. Injera(the white roll pictured above) is a sourdough flatbread made out of teff flour and goes really well with light meat stews.
